Sprinkles PR (“Sprinkles,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit sprinklespr.com(the “Site”) or otherwise interact with us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to this Policy.

We collect information in three ways:

Information you give us.When you fill out a contact form, send us an email, or otherwise reach out, you may share your name, email address, company or project name, industry, the services you're interested in, your timeline, your budget range, and anything else you choose to write to us.

Information collected automatically.When you visit the Site, our servers and analytics tools automatically collect limited technical data — your IP address, device type, browser, referring page, pages visited, and approximate location. This is standard log data used to keep the Site running and understand how it's used.

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

We do not sell your personal information.

California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

EEA / UK residents have rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR. Our legal bases for processing are your consent, our legitimate interests in operating our business, and compliance with legal obligations.

6. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their policies before sharing information.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site.
